"The Resilience through Civil Preparedness (RtCP) Course Concludes"



From the 3rd to 7th February 2025, the NATO CIMIC Center of Excellence (CCOE) run the Resilience though Civil Preparedness (RtCP) Course, at Multinational CIMIC Group (MNCG)'s barrack, in Motta di Livenza. The CCOE is a multinational NATO-accredited Centre of Excellence, located in The Hague (The Netherlands), with primary effort on enhanced training and education along with conceptual and doctrinal development on the Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) subject. The strong cooperation between MNCG and CCOE on CIMIC and educational capacities, brought these two entities to organize a satellite course at "Mario Fiore" barrack, current home base of the MNCG.
The RtCP course aim is to provide to the students a comprehensive understanding of resilience within their respective fields of expertise. The course is Particularly suited for those military and civilian experts involved in CIMIC who have a solid understanding of NATO's structure and primary responsibilities in civil preparedness. The course involved 31 civilian and military students from 8 countries (Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Portugal, Slovenia) supported by several CCOE, MNCG and external instructors who brought them respective national experience form Ukraine, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, United States and Italy.
