MNCG TRAINING OFFER CONTINUES: TWO KEY CIMIC COURSES IN THE SECOND HALF OF 2025
The Multinational CIMIC Group (MNCG) continues its commitment to civil-military cooperation training in the second half of 2025, offering two international-level courses designed for both military and civilian personnel from NATO and partner nations.
Hosted at the MNCG headquarters in “Mario Fiore” Barracks, Motta di Livenza (Italy), these courses aim to enhance operational readiness and liaison capabilities in increasingly complex and multicultural operational environments.
From 22 to 26 September, the NATO CIMIC Liaison Course (NCLC) will take place. This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and tools needed to effectively carry out liaison activities within CIMIC frameworks. The program includes lectures and syndicate work led by qualified instructors from the United States and Austria, as well as civilian guest speakers who will enrich the training experience with real-world insights.
Following this, from 29 September to 3 October, the CIMIC Intercultural Advanced Liaison Course (CIALC) will be delivered. This advanced-level course focuses on intercultural communication and negotiation skills required to perform high-level liaison duties in complex operational contexts. The training will feature academic experts, representatives from NGOs, international organizations, and the Italian Red Cross, contributing to a multidisciplinary and dynamic educational setting.
Both courses underline MNCG’s leading role in shaping skilled CIMIC operators, ready to face today’s challenges with professionalism and adaptability.
