The aim of the Female Engagement Course (FEC) is to offer basic knowledge and understanding on NATO CIMIC in order to train enablers who listen, inform and interact with the local population (primarily women) in support of military mission.
Target Audience:
The nominees should be Officers and NCOs who are not directly involved in CIMIC roles but whose work benefits from a foundational understanding of CIMIC principles.
The course is open to civilians (mainly representatives from IOs, GOs, NGOs and academics or researches) interested in understanding CIMIC.
- Rank Level: OR4 to OF2 or equivalent civilians;
- Language Proficiency: STANAG English SLP 2222
